Non-Returnable Items

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. All returns must be securely packaged and shipped using a fully insured and trackable method. Golden Oyster Time is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Inspection & Approval
All returned items are inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not meet our eligibility criteria may be rejected and returned to the customer.
Refunds

Fees
We do not charge restocking fees. Original shipping costs may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Customers may place a new order after a return is completed.
